- 590 AED (if Apartment) or 430 AED (if Land or Villa)

- 4,000 AED if the price of the property is equal or greater than 500,000 AED

- 2,000 AED if the price of the property

- Original Title Deed

- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Developer

- MoU Form F Contract

- Original Letter from bank

- 3 Original Mortgage Contracts

- Valid copy of (buyer & seller) passport.

- A Copy of UAE Visa & Emirates ID for UAE Resident.

- 0.25% of mortgage price + 290 AED.

- 4% of selling price.

- 580 AED (if Apartment) or 430 AED (if Land or Villa)

- 4,000 AED if the price of the property is equal to or more than 500,000 AED

- 2,000 if the price of the unit is less than 500,000 AED.
